ViewMax AI vs Everygen AI Studio
A search for a ViewMax AI alternative usually starts with a product that changed its name. ViewMax is now Everygen, at everygen.ai, made by Viewmax LLC. This page compares that product with Everygen AI Studio at everygenai.io.
This studio wrote the comparison. We are independent of Viewmax LLC. The similar names do not share an account, a credit balance or a library. Prices and model lists below were read on October 17, 2026. Open the linked page before you pay or upload anything you care about.

Two websites
On October 17, 2026, viewmax.io redirected to www.viewmax.io, and www.viewmax.io redirected to everygen.ai. The company’s rebrand note says existing links and bookmarks keep resolving while the move completes. The everygen.ai homepage says everygen.ai is the official Everygen website, that the product was formerly ViewMax, and that Viewmax LLC makes it. The same page says the company is not affiliated with everygen-ai.com, everygenai.app, or other sites using the EveryGen AI name.
everygenai.io is one of those other sites. It is a browser studio for images, video and music. A subscription or a project on everygen.ai stays there. An account here starts a separate library.
If you are trying to get old ViewMax work back, sign in at everygen.ai with the email you used before. The Viewmax AI guide is the longer note on that return path. This page is for choosing where to work next.
What each product is built to do
Everygen, the former ViewMax, describes a short-form suite. The public tool list includes a video generator, an image generator, Shorts Studio, an ad generator, a scriptwriter, voiceover, a voice changer, auto captions, a director tool, and Wizard, an agent that plans a video and asks you to approve each paid step. The same pages document a remote MCP server so an outside agent can upload media and start a generation. That list is from everygen.ai/llms.txt and the full reference, read on October 17, 2026.
This studio is smaller on purpose. You open Create, choose Image, Video or Music, pick a model, and submit. There is no caption editor, scriptwriter, voice changer or YouTube downloader here. This release does not offer an MCP connection. You download the file and finish it in your own editor.
If you want one project that scripts, voices, captions and exports a short, the official Everygen product is the one advertising that suite. If you want a still, a clip and a piece of music, then cut them yourself, this studio is built for that job. A step-by-step version is the short-form workflow.

Models, named from the pages that list them
Everygen publishes its roster at everygen.ai/models. The full reference read on October 17, 2026 lists video families including Grok Imagine, MiniMax, Seedance, Veo, Gemini Omni and Kling, and image models under Nano Banana, GPT Image and Seedream. Each video row there has a max resolution, a length and a starting credit cost. Those credits are theirs. A starting cost on that page is their cheapest published run, not a price on this site.
A matching family name here can still be a different version. Kling or Seedance on this site can offer other durations and other resolutions. A setting you saw on everygen.ai is not automatically in this menu, and a setting in this menu is not automatically on theirs.
In this studio’s catalog, reviewed the same day, 9:16 is listed on Grok Imagine Video 1.5 (6–15 seconds, 480p or 720p), Seedance 2.0 Mini and Seedance 2.0 Fast (4–15 seconds, 480p or 720p), Seedance 2.0 Standard (4–15 seconds, from 480p through 4k), Kling 3.0 and Kling 3.0 Turbo (3–15 seconds), Wan 3.0 (2–30 seconds, 480p through 1080p) and Gemini-Omni (4, 6, 8 or 10 seconds, 720p through 4k). Seedance 2.5, at 4–30 seconds and 480p, 720p or 1080p, is in the catalog and appears in Create only when paid credits are enabled. Some entries are paused and do not appear, including three Seedance V1 variants and one Sora 2 option.
The image menu includes GPT Image 2.5, GPT Image 2.0, Nano Banana 2.1, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2.0, Seedream 5.0 Pro, Qwen Image 3.0 and Grok Imagine 2.0, among others. GPT Image 2.0, GPT Image 2.5, Nano Banana 2.1, Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana 2.0 list 1K, 2K and 4K. Seedream 5.0 Pro lists 1K, 1.5K and 2K. Qwen Image 3.0 lists 1K and 2K. Music is Suno, with V4, V4.5, V4.5 Plus, V4.5 All, V5 and V5.5. The model guide is the longer note on choosing from the live menu.
Everygen pricing on October 17, 2026
The annual column was selected on the everygen.ai pricing page. It showed three plans, each priced per month and billed annually. Starter was $9, Pro was $19, and Creator was $49. Pro had a struck-through $49 beside the $19. Creator had a struck-through $139 beside the $49. The page also showed savings against monthly billing of $180, $360 and $1,080, and discounts of 61% on Pro and 64% on Creator. Starter’s monthly price was not printed as its own number on that annual view.
Monthly credits were 200 on Starter, 500 on Pro and 1,000 on Creator, with a first-month bonus of the same size. The page’s answers say plan credits refresh each month and do not roll over, and that top-up credits last 90 days. Read the checkout total. Their credit is not this studio’s credit.
Starter and Pro list Seedance models, “standard” video and image models, voiceover, a script generator, auto captions and a YouTube downloader. Pro adds Discord. Creator lists Seedance models, all video and image models, up to 150 AI videos, the same voice and caption tools, Discord, and up to 2.7 TB of media storage. The page does not define which models “standard” leaves out.
| Plan | Annual price shown | Credits each month | Bonus in month one |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $9/month, billed annually | 200 | 200 |
| Pro | $19/month, billed annually | 500 | 500 |
| Creator | $49/month, billed annually | 1,000 | 1,000 |
This studio’s prices
The pricing page on everygenai.io reads from a fixed catalog. Yearly plans are shown as a monthly equivalent and as one yearly charge. Each paid plan also lists a daily bonus while the membership is active. The “up to” total on that page multiplies the daily bonus across the term and adds the upfront bundle. That total is what you could receive over time if you return for each grant. It is not a balance paid on the first day.
Purchased upfront credits do not expire. Daily and promotional credits expire 24 hours after they are granted. A generation spends credits based on the model and the settings, and the quote is shown before you submit. Free access sits beside these plans. The free access guide describes who can claim it. Signing in does not bypass those rules.
| Plan | Price on the page | Upfront credits | Daily bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite, yearly | $19.90/month, $238.80 billed yearly | 9,050 | 30 |
| Pro, monthly | $29.90/month | 2,400 | 20 |
| Pro, yearly | $22.90/month, $274.80 billed yearly | 17,750 | 50 |
| Ultra, monthly | $49.90/month | 4,400 | 20 |
| Ultra, yearly | $29.90/month, $358.80 billed yearly | 23,500 | 100 |
How to choose
Use everygen.ai when you need the account that used to be ViewMax, or when you want the suite that scripts, voices and captions inside one project. Use this studio when you want to generate the media here and edit it somewhere else. Start with one still or a short clip, read the quote, and keep the file you download.
The address bar and the company on the receipt tell you which library you are in. Buying a second plan will not surface a project that lives on the other domain. If a tutorial still says ViewMax, check which site it sends you to before you create an account.
Questions people ask before they sign up
Is ViewMax AI the same product as Everygen?
The product formerly called ViewMax is Everygen at everygen.ai, made by Viewmax LLC. Everygen AI Studio at everygenai.io is a separate product. Shared words in the name are not a shared account.
Is this studio a ViewMax AI alternative?
It is an alternative for generating images, video and music in a browser. It does not replace a ViewMax or Everygen account, and it does not include that product’s caption, voiceover or agent tools.
Will a ViewMax subscription work here?
No. The rebrand note says a ViewMax plan keeps its price and renewal date on that service. That plan is not a payment method on everygenai.io.
Can I move a project from one site to the other?
There is no transfer. Download the file you made and import it into your editor. Each site keeps its own library.
Where should I check a price after today?
On the two pricing pages. This comparison records what they showed on October 17, 2026. Their pricing page and this studio’s pricing page are the current sources.
