Can I keep using the studio for free?

Yes. Membership is optional. Signed-in free accounts can claim 10 daily credits, with a new claim available 24 hours after the previous one.

Which credits arrive immediately?

The upfront bundle is added once payment is confirmed and again after each successful renewal. Visit the studio to claim daily credits while your membership is active. The listed daily amount replaces the free daily allowance; the two do not stack. Your existing claim countdown continues when you change plans. We do not deposit a whole year of daily rewards at checkout.

Do unused credits expire?

Purchased upfront credits do not expire. Daily and other promotional rewards expire 24 hours after they are granted. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first.

How does yearly billing work?

The monthly figure is the yearly price divided by 12. Checkout charges the full yearly amount shown on your plan. Your subscription renews yearly unless you cancel renewal.

What happens if I choose a different plan?

A different plan starts a new paid term at the price shown in checkout. There is no automatic prorated refund of your earlier term. Previously purchased credits stay in your wallet. Once the new payment is confirmed, we turn off renewal on the previous plan; check Billing for confirmation.

What happens when I cancel?

You can turn off renewal from your billing page. Your membership remains available until the end of the paid period, and unused purchased credits remain in your wallet. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment.

Are more credits the same as unlimited generation?

No. Each generation uses credits based on its model and settings. We show the amount before you start. Priority affects waiting time; model processing time still varies.

How long are my creations saved?

Free creations are kept for 3 days; work created with an active membership is kept for 30 days. Storage starts when a creation finishes. Changing plans does not shorten existing storage. Download anything you want to keep before its storage period ends.

Does membership include every output format?

Available resolutions and formats depend on the selected model. We do not add an extra studio watermark; any watermark or restrictions required by the model provider still apply.

Can I use my work commercially?

You may use eligible outputs for commercial projects subject to the selected model’s terms, applicable law and the rights of others. You are responsible for permissions for any people, trademarks and source material used.

What if a generation fails or I need payment help?

A confirmed generation failure returns the credits charged for that job. Payment refunds are handled separately under our Terms. Contact support with your account email and order reference; never send your card details.
