Acceptable Use Policy
Updated October 10, 2026 · Version 1.0This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to prompts, reference uploads, generated images, videos, music and other content submitted, created or shared using everygenai.io. It applies to visitors and account holders using any model in the studio. You must be at least 18 to use this service.
1. Prohibited content
Do not use the studio to request, create, upload or distribute:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content, including sexual acts, sexual exploitation and other sexually explicit material. We do not offer an adult-content mode.
- Graphic violence, gore, torture, or content that threatens, incites or celebrates violence against people or animals.
- Hate speech, dehumanization, threats or incitement against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, religion, disability, nationality, sex or sexual orientation.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or content facilitating the exploitation or abuse of children. This includes synthetic images and fictional depictions.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive voice or likeness cloning, or material falsely presented as an authentic statement or recording.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights, including unauthorized use of another person’s music, artwork, branding, voice or likeness.
Child sexual exploitation, terrorism, instructions enabling weapons of mass destruction, incitement to mass violence and non-consensual sexual deepfakes are prohibited without exception.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, harassment, doxxing, extortion, deceptive advertising, unlawful surveillance, or other illegal activities. Do not disguise AI-generated material as authentic evidence or human professional advice to deceive or harm someone.
Do not bypass safety filters, manipulate requests to evade moderation, create multiple identities to obtain extra free rewards, automate abuse, or interfere with another person’s account or the service. Model access does not grant permission to violate this policy or a provider’s rules.
3. Content moderation
Text safety checks use Waffo Prompt Sift. Image safety checks use a service hosted on Replicate.
Inputs and outputs must pass content review. Prompt review must screen for prohibited keywords, meaning and intent. Reference images and generated images require screening for sexually explicit material, with additional review for other prohibited categories. Video, audio and music require review appropriate to their visual, spoken, textual and sound content before delivery. A provider filter alone does not replace the platform’s review obligation.
Unreviewed outputs must remain in private storage and must not be displayed, published, downloaded or otherwise delivered to users. Content may be released only after the required checks approve it. Any prohibited image in a generated batch prevents delivery of the whole batch.
A moderation outage, timeout, missing result or inconclusive decision must never be treated as approval. Generation or delivery must be paused until review can be completed. Requests that cannot be reviewed are declined; rejected or undelivered requests are handled under the credit rules in our Terms of Service.
Flagged or ambiguous content, user reports and appeals require human review. Content stays unavailable while a safety decision is pending. Reviewers must assess context and relevant evidence, document the decision, and apply the measures below. Access to sensitive review material must be limited to authorized personnel.
Regular sample reviews and audits must assess missed violations, incorrect blocks, repeat abuse and the effectiveness of each supported media review process. Findings inform rule updates and corrective action. No automated system is infallible; passing a check does not excuse a violation or establish rights to use an output.
4. Reporting content and appealing a decision
Use our contact page to report suspected misuse, a rights violation or a moderation error. Include the creation ID or existing content URL, the approximate date, the relevant policy category and a brief explanation. For a rights complaint, explain the right you hold and how the material affects it. For an appeal, include the decision and any context that you believe was missed.
Do not attach illegal material, upload copies of suspected child sexual abuse material, or send passwords, sign-in codes or other secrets. An existing URL or creation reference is sufficient to identify material. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service; the studio is not an emergency-response channel.
5. Report handling and review
The reporting channel must be publicly accessible and monitored by an assigned operator. Reports must be acknowledged, logged and classified by severity, then investigated using relevant content and account records. The reviewer must record a decision, carry out the appropriate action, and inform the reporter of the outcome where legally permitted. If more information or time is needed, the reporter must be informed.
- Critical: suspected child sexual exploitation, terrorism or imminent serious harm requires immediate protective restriction and urgent human assessment, with reporting to authorities where legally required.
- High: serious prohibited content requires withholding or restricting access and priority review; account access may be suspended.
- Medium: other substantive violations require review, removal of confirmed violations, and proportionate warnings or restrictions.
- Low: minor first-time violations require review and correction or a warning; repeated misconduct may lead to stronger measures.
Reporter information is restricted to those handling the case, subject to applicable legal requirements. Reporting alone is not proof of a violation. Deliberately false reports and retaliation are prohibited. Decisions and necessary evidence are retained under our Privacy Policy to support accountability and appeals.
Users may appeal through the contact channel, quoting the decision or creation reference and explaining the grounds for review. An appeal must receive a fresh assessment of the evidence, with a different reviewer where available. Mistaken restrictions must be corrected, and the user must be informed of the outcome. Filing an appeal does not automatically release content that is awaiting review.
6. Enforcement and account access
Automated content decisions may prevent generation or withhold an image batch. Abuse controls may require additional verification or temporarily limit requests. Repeated attempts to bypass these controls violate our Terms. We may investigate reports, request clarification, restrict or remove access to violating material, and suspend or terminate service access for serious or repeated violations, as described in our Terms.
Measures should reflect the severity and available evidence. Reporting content does not itself establish that a violation occurred. Deliberately false reports or attempts to expose another person’s private information are prohibited. Relevant information may be preserved or disclosed when required by applicable law; our Privacy Policyexplains how information is processed.
7. Review your output
Review results before using or sharing them. Identify synthetic media where necessary to avoid deception, obtain required permissions, and comply with applicable law and the selected model’s terms. A successful generation does not establish ownership of third-party rights.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service and safety controls change. The current version and update date will appear here. Material changes will be explained through the website or an appropriate account notice. If you do not agree to an updated policy, stop using the service.
